Fashion Lab Winners at Hello Kitty Day
Yesterday Fashion Lab attended the Fluid World Hello Kitty event that popped up at the All Star Lanes bowling alley in Brick Lane. The brand strategy day celebrated Hello Kitty product from a variety of companies, including Fashion Lab.
The day included guest speeches from industry experts including Michael Wolff, Sebastian Conran, Sarah Swindell and James McKnight all of whom gave great insight and inspiration to the audience.
We were also treated to a group tour of the street art in and around Brick Lane by Street Art London, they’re experts in seeking out the newest street art that appears on walls, doors and street signs throughout London. Check out their website here http://streetartlondon.co.uk/.
The day closed with the Fluid World, Hello Kitty Design Awards. We had our fingers and toes crossed and were delighted when the Fashion Lab design for the full-sequin Hello Kitty dress was crowned ‘Product with the best application’. The dress was designed exclusively for TU @ Sainsbury’s, big congratulations to all involved in the creation of an outstanding product!
